4 Weighted Step Ups (115/85) (20”+/16”+)
Intent: Core Stability. As with many movements, like the Overhead Squat – Front Squats and Weighted Step-Ups require quality core stability. Focus on maintaining a tight core and fulfilling the full range of motion of each movement.

1 Round Every 90 Seconds. 75-80% of 1RM. (Same Weight Across.)
